The Non- Fiction task

Here you are to write about non-fiction texts and in this one the focus is organ donation.

1. Summary: A review of the most important points of the text in approximately 150 words. Write in your own words as much as much as possible and also preferably in present tense. It contain the main ideas and does not include your own view on the text, nor quotes from the text.

2. Outline: It says attitudes thus focus on attitudes to organ donation in the different texts. Here you should take the essence of their attitudes out and contrast them. A good idea is to make an introduction in which you describe the topic (in this case organ donation), however, you need to keep in mind that you should be objective - not include "I think...". Quotes are more than welcome, just remember that they should be accounted for.

3. Comment: How do you understand the statement and what is your attitude to it -subjective. Sometimes you can see things from different angles.

4. Write an article: Basically you need to think of who you are writing to? - (fellow students), what about?- (Register as an organ donor), how long?- (150-200 words). Write a catchy introduction, body with approx. three arguments, and a strong punch line.
